Take about 500ml water in a vessel and bring it to boil. Then add petals of 2-3 hibiscus flowers. You can any colour flower. The medicinal contents remains the same. Boil it for 2-3 minutes.
After boiling, allow the liquid to cool, then strain it into a jug.
Add half tbsp basil seeds and keep the liquid to settle down overnight.
Next morning, take a tbsp honey in a glass.
Pour Hibiscus juice into it. Hibiscus sherbat is ready.
Put a couple of ice cubes and enjoy the drink and get the health benefits.
