Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 Banana skin peeled off
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 25g 2 tsp Sugar
  • 50g Cashew Nuts cut pieces
  • 100 ml Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 6g 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • Chocolate Syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Slice 5-6 Bananas into pieces and put in a blender
  2. Pour 300 ml milk into it.
  3. Add 100 ml of Vanilla ice cream
  4. Add 2 tsp sugar into it
  5. Add half tsp cardamom powder.
  6. Blend the contents well to form thick milkshake
  7. Put few cut pieces of cashew nut into each glass
  8. Put chocolate syrup along the sides of the glass
  9. Pour the smoothie milkshake into the glasses
  10. Add few more cashew nut pieces at the top. Dry raisins and pistachios can be added too.
  11. Decorate with little chocolate syrup on the top and refrigerate for a while.
  12. Delicious and healthy Banana Smoothie is ready to consume
