Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 Banana skin peeled off
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 25g 2 tsp Sugar
  • 50g Cashew Nuts cut pieces
  • 100 ml Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 6g 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • Chocolate Syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice 5-6 Bananas into pieces and put in a blender
  • Pour 300 ml milk into it.
  • Add 100 ml of Vanilla ice cream
  • Add 2 tsp sugar into it
  • Add half tsp cardamom powder.
  • Blend the contents well to form thick milkshake
  • Put few cut pieces of cashew nut into each glass
  • Put chocolate syrup along the sides of the glass
  • Pour the smoothie milkshake into the glasses
  • Add few more cashew nut pieces at the top. Dry raisins and pistachios can be added too.
  • Decorate with little chocolate syrup on the top and refrigerate for a while.
  • Delicious and healthy Banana Smoothie is ready to consume
