Method
- Take 100g jaggery, 2 tbsp coriander seeds and 4 Nos green chili in a mixer jar. Do not add water. When you blend jaggery it will turn juicy and is enough to make the paste.

- Blend it to form thick paste.

- This paste can be refrigerated upto a week and can be used whenever required.

- Now take a big mixing bowl, add 1 cup (75g) grated coconut. Then add 2 tbsp of the paste we prepared and add salt as per taste

- Mix it well and keep it aside.

For tempering
- Put 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds in 1 tbsp cooking oil. Heat till it splutters.

- Add 10-12 curry leaves and stir for a while

- Add the tempered mixture to the mixing bowl

- Mix all the ingredients well.

- Now add a bowl (125g) full of ultra thin flattened rice.

- Mix it gently with hands. See that poha doesn't break. Mix it till all the poha blends properly with the mixture.

- That's all. Tasty and instant green poha chutney is ready to eat. Serve it with lot of love and care.
