Take 100g jaggery, 2 tbsp coriander seeds and 4 Nos green chili in a mixer jar. Do not add water. When you blend jaggery it will turn juicy and is enough to make the paste.
Blend it to form thick paste.
This paste can be refrigerated upto a week and can be used whenever required.
Now take a big mixing bowl, add 1 cup (75g) grated coconut. Then add 2 tbsp of the paste we prepared and add salt as per taste
Mix it well and keep it aside.
For tempering
Put 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds in 1 tbsp cooking oil. Heat till it splutters.
Add 10-12 curry leaves and stir for a while
Add the tempered mixture to the mixing bowl
Mix all the ingredients well.
Now add a bowl (125g) full of ultra thin flattened rice.
Mix it gently with hands. See that poha doesn't break. Mix it till all the poha blends properly with the mixture.
That's all. Tasty and instant green poha chutney is ready to eat. Serve it with lot of love and care.
