Take 200g Ghee in a bowl (1 cup approx) and put 3-4 tsp ghee out of it in a hot pan
Put 2 tsp dry raisins and roast it. Then keep it aside.
Pour the remaining ghee to the pan and heat it. Don't use excess ghee.
Once the ghee is hot add 2 cups (400g) of wheat flour
Roast it on a medium flame till the raw smell of wheat flour goes off. You can smell the roast aroma once it is done.
Now add half tsp cardamom powder and mix it well
Now switch off the flame and allow the pan to cool for a minute. Do not completely cool it. Now add one and half cup powdered sugar (300g) to it.
Mix it well
Add the roast raisins to the mixture. Adding raisins is optional. You can avoid this if you want.
Now knead all the ingredients. See that the mixture is still hot. Wear gloves if you can't resist heat.
Now make spherical balls to form Laddus. Repeat it for rest of the mixture.
Delicious, tasty Churmundo is ready.
